Anthony Laporte

Anthony currently serves as a Workplace Accommodation Specialist, where he facilitates the interactive process for employee ADA accommodation requests. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of South Florida and spent more than a decade teaching as a professor of Humanities. During that time, his work supporting students with disabilities sparked an interest in accessibility services and eventually led him in a new direction within higher education. The perspective he gained from teaching, with its emphasis on empathy and the human experience, continues to shape how he approaches his role supporting individuals with disabilities. Outside of work, Anthony is a lifelong film enthusiast who enjoys exploring cinema across genres and eras and can often be found trying to resist adding yet another title to his Criterion collection.
