Emily Powers

Emily joined Emory as an accommodation specialist in January of 2024. She is a national certified counselor and holds a master’s degree in School Counseling from Auburn University, where she also completed her undergraduate studies. Before joining Emory, Emily garnered valuable experience in higher education, specializing in accommodations for housing. Her expertise extends to the K-12 setting, where she served as a school counselor.

Emily is dedicated to ensuring that all students at Emory have equal opportunities for success. She is looking forward to working with students as they embark on their postsecondary journey.
